(S)-Methyl 2-((tert-butyldimethylsilyl)oxy)-5-(tosyloxy)pentanoate là một hợp chất trung gian quan trọng trong quá trình tổng hợp tác nhân chống sốt rét Febrifugine và các dẫn xuất của nó. Từ hợp chất thương mại axit L-glutamic, chúng tôi đã tổng hợp (S)-Methyl 2-((tert-butyldimethylsilyl)oxy)-5-(tosyloxy)pentanoate qua 7 bước với hiệu suất tổng là 19 %. Cấu trúc hoá học của hợp chất này được xác định bằng các dữ liệu phổ NMR và MS.Downloads
