NOTICE 1-2023

Vietnam Journal of Earth Sciences plans to rename "Science of the Earth" on October 2022. However, the Ministry of Communication and Information has not yet approved this name. That is why we continue to publish under the name Vietnam Journal of Earth Sciences until the decision from the Ministry of Communication and Information. The journal aims to become a prestigious international journal, listed in SCIE and ranked Q1 in Scimago. After a long suggestion and discussion, Scopus has agreed to include articles from the Vietnam Journal of Earth Sciences published since 2018. We are pleased to see the CiteScore tracker 2022 of Vietnam Journal of Earth Sciences got 3.0. From this value, We estimate our journal will soon be Q1 in Scimago.
